This workshop introduces students to the rich world of Chinese music and traditional instruments. Participants will explore the evolution of Chinese music, the structure of the Chinese orchestra, and key instruments from different sections. They will also learn about classical works and Chinese music notation (Jianpu).

Through interactive activities and multimedia presentations, students will develop a deeper appreciation of Chinese music and its cultural significance today. Teachers can choose the instrument they wish for students to do in the hands on workshop (e.g., dizi, erhu, guzheng, pipa, yangqin, percussion)
